True to its motto, जो जे वांछील  तो ते लाहो, the firm aims at providing holistic services to its clients, ensuring value for money and satisfaction for its clients.

With an ambitious approach, Ar. Vivek Pathak, a postgraduate from IIT Kharagpur in Construction & Project Management, started his architectural practice in 1987, Abhinav Consultants in Nagpur. 

Soon after this, he established his buildership practice in the name of Abhinav Developers and successfully completed over 25 residential & Commercial schemes in Nagpur, with over 250 happy households as his clients today.From buying a plot to handing over flats with well-furnished interiors, all of it is done in-house along with Ar. Aboli Pathak and a team of architects, contractors, and site managers.

Architect. Aboli Pathak also handles multiple architectural and interior projects and has completed over 100 full-fledged interior projects to date with several satisfied clients.

Around 2005, the firm ventured into the real-estate business, with the name Pathak Properties and again successfully provided value for money plots in layouts at important locations around Nagpur.

Having B.Arch. and M.Arch. degrees, his professional Experience includes beginning his career in 1987 as an architect.He has worked on more than 100 building projects for residences, businesses, and schools and worked for the Nagpur Municipal Corporation and rain water harvesting projects as a P.M.C. (Project Management Consultant) Along with Executing numerous land development projects around the intended international hub on Wardha Road.

Director & Architecture

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of Architecture & Interior Design, Ar. Aboli Pathak is known for her utilitarian designs and functional approach.

Finishing her graduation from BKPS College at Pune 1990, she completed her  B. Arch., M.Tech post graduation in Urban Planning from VNIT at Nagpur. She started her practice in the year 1996 and since then has delivered projects with utmost sincerity & professionalism.

Apart from designing, her strengths lie in providing time bound services, thorough MEP services and project management. She strives to improve and innovate with every project to provide best possible services to her clients.
